MotleyCrew Mobile Hand Car Wash (Mobile Detailing)

They did a great job washing and vacuuming my car for $ 38.00 (incl. tip). But, since they were super busy, they did it fast and my passenger side mirror came out of its socket. I could put it back but we need to tell them to be careful.

Not going to lie I was hoping this would be a long lasting business relationship but it just didn't work out. I had the Motley Crew do 3 cars before inside and out which was good so i decided tonuse them again and scheduled 5 cars to be detailed on Saturday the 5th at 10am. Messaged at 10:30am to ask if he was running late and got no reply. Called at 10:50am, no answer. Called again at 11:20am, still no answer. Sent another text at 11:25am and still got no response. Finally at 12:12pm I got a message stating he had a family emergency and asking if I knew it was raining. No empathy, no apology, or anything. It stopped raining at 9am and regardless if it's raining or if there was a family emergency why wasn't I notified ahead of time and not almost 2 hours after my appointment. This was very unprofessional as 4 of the cars are for my rental business 🙄 and are supposed to be out making me money but instead are now just sitting there because there were supposed to be detailed today. Super inconvenient from a customer stand point and very unprofessional and careless from a business standpoint. In my opinion there is no excuse why I wasn't at the very least notified ahead of time that th

Regis did an amazing job today! Arrived exactly when the appointment was scheduled and did an awesome job on my mazda. My car hadn't seen a car wash or vacuum since the time of purchase last December and it looks like it just rolled off the lot. I couldn't have asked for a better service, 10/10 would schedule them again (and I probably will). Do not hesitate to book an appointment.

I contacted Motley Crew two days prior to my appointment. They responded immediately and corresponded with me about my car washing needs. They kept me up to date on when they would arrive and did so on time. To say the least, my vehicle, a midsize SUV, was filthy, as it hadn't been washed in a long while. I requested the full detail ratger than the standard wash. I expected that they'd come, speay wash, vaccuum and leave, but no way! They spent more time than I'd booked because they said that my vehicle needed more attention! What a difference they made on my vehicle! It looks showroom ready inside and out!! Above all, Motley Crew was professional, courteous and caring. (See the two before close ups and one after full photos.)

These guys are fantastic. I have used them twice now and will definitely be back. Regis is a professional and does quality work. This last time I did a full detail on my 09 Hyundai and he made my seats look brand new again. I am so impressed. I highly recommend them.
